• My average turnaround time right now is 4-6 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to complete your order before, I will. My goal is to have your creation to you as soon as possible.

• Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you need your order done sooner than my 4-6 week turnaround time, please contact me for more information and rush order pricing. You can email at CheekyBean.SK@gmail.com

• All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts,etc. Payment confirms you agree to details of design.

• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted.

• By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on the Cheeky Bean SK Facebook page and all other social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared, or you would like it posted at a later date, please let me know.

• All shipping is done through UPS, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Please message me to arrange a local pick up order.

• I will complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you via message.

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances.
